HTC is back with another smartphone, and this one's aimed squarely at those looking for an affordable device for their daily needs. This one's called the Wildfire E6 Star, and it appears that HTC has given this memory a nice little boost compared with some of its other basic phones.
So what can you expect from the Wildfire E6 Star Here are the specifics:
Display: You will be looking at a 6.56 inches screen with HD+ resolution--standard features for a phone of this class.
Memory & Storage: This is where it gets a little more interesting. It has 4GB RAM and can be expanded by 2GB using some software magic (a page file). For your app and photo storage, there is 32GB onboard storage.
Processor: HTC is currently quite secretive about the specific processor model, but it has made it clear that the chip will be adequate for common day-to-day tasks.
Battery: To maintain operation, there is a 3000 mAh battery.
Camera: There is a single 5-megapixel sensor at the back of the device while users can take selfies and video calls using a front 5-megapixel camera.
Communication: It is worth mentioning that this phone supports 4G mobile networks, but not the newer 5G.
The HTC Wildfire E6 Star is expected to be available in the nearest future. You'll be able to choose from black or gray color options. In terms of price, HTC hasn't revealed anything yet, so we'll just have to wait for that.
