Samsung's Galaxy S25 Line Tops Snapdragon 8 Elite Phone Market

A tip from Ice Universe, a well-known source, says Samsung is way ahead in the field of phones with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. This win is all thanks to the top Galaxy S25 series.

Galaxy S25 Sales Information

The news shows that up to the last day of May, the Galaxy S25 group, with a special "Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy" chip, hit a total of 16.61 million units sold. This number is more than the total sales of all other phone brands with the plain Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.

Here is how sales split up among the different Galaxy S25 models:

  • Galaxy S25 Ultra: 8.39 million units sold
  • Galaxy S25 (base model): 4.86 million units sold
  • Galaxy S25+: 3.17 million units sold
  • Galaxy S25 Edge: 0.19 million units sold

The Ultra Model Leads the Pack

The data makes it clear that the Galaxy S25 Ultra is the top pick, with more than half of all sales. Its big win puts Samsung in a strong spot in this top part of the market.
