New 22-Minute Phantom Blade Zero Game Clip Out Now
A big 22-minute clip from a new Phantom Blade Zero demo is here. It comes from S-PARTY 2025, a two-day show put on by the team S-GAME in Beijing. It shows fights with secret bosses, finds of hidden items, and new arms at work.
More Than Just Hard What Makes the Game Stand Out
Phantom Blade Zero is often said to be like other tough games, but the makers want it to stand out on its own. S-GAME's big boss, Soulframe, set out their hopes for the game:
"Phantom Blade Zero is not just a tough game or a old-style fight game... If you ask me, it fits more as an ARPG. Maybe it can even start its own class of games called Wuxia Action Games"
He shared that the game will have big film-like bits, where you can:
- Jump from roof to roof in a storm of arrows;
- Hold off those who chase you on a fast-moving ride;
- Find out the truth about a big old event.
Players Can Pick Set Levels of Hardness
Phantom Blade Zero will let you pick from three levels of toughness, not just one like in some games:
- Wayfarer (Standard)
- Gamechanger (Hard)
- Hellwalker (Extra for New Game+)
Looking Ahead Big Plans for Gamescom
S-GAME will be at Gamescom in a big way soon. They'll have a huge 500 m² area (Hall 6, B-050G) with more than 60 spots to try the game. People there can play the biggest demo shown yet, with a full hour of new boss fights, places, and tough battles.
