Razer Puts Out New BlackWidow V4 Keyless Keyboard with Changeable Switches

Razer has rolled out the BlackWidow V4 Keyless HyperSpeed, a fresh small-size mechanical game keyboard. The build has switches you can swap, big control keys, noise blockers, and Razer's own light set-up.

Build and Typing Feel

The keyboard is built to last and give a smooth typing touch. Main build traits are:

  • Changeable Switches: Comes with Razer Orange Touch Gen-3 mechanical switches that you can swap yourself.
  • Strong Build: The frame is made of aluminum with a steel plate, double-formed key tops, and oiled stands.
  • Noise Blocking: Foam bits are set under the steel plate and the circuit card to block sound and shaking.

Custom Keys and Links

The BlackWidow V4 Keyless allows for a lot of custom set-up and many ways to link:

  • Set Your Keys: Has a round key and three extra keys that can be set using Razer's Synapse program.
  • Power Key: There's a special key for easy power check. A quick press shows power left, and holding it for three seconds turns on a power-save mode, making the battery last up to 980 hours.
  • Many Link Ways: You can link using a Type-C cable, Bluetooth (quick flips between three tools), or a 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed small plug.
  • One Plug for All: The 2.4 GHz small plug can run a Razer keyboard and mouse at the same time.
  • Light Show: Has Razer Chroma RGB, which works with other Razer tools.

Cost and When You Can Buy

The Razer BlackWidow V4 Keyless keyboard is up for sale now at $179.
