LG UltraFine 32U990A Professional 6K Monitor Pre-Order Announcement
LG has decided to launch its new professional monitor UltraFine 32U990A, which was earlier announced at CES 2025. Pre-orders for the model will kick off in the US as from the end of September and is expected to be christened in the mid-October release for the Eurozone.
Display Specifications and Features
This monitor is dedicated to that usage where color accuracy and visual detail are critical. Primary features include:
Panel and Resolution: A 31.5-inch IPS panel with an astonishing 6K resolution of 6144 x 3456 pixels, giving it a phenomenal pixel density of 224 PPI.
Color Coverage: Covers around 98% of the DCI-P3 and 99.5% of the AdobeRGB color spaces.
Brightness: Reaches a peak brightness of 450 nits in SDR and 600 nits in HDR.
Refresh Rate: The refresh rate remains capped at 60 Hz, something quite typical for professional monitors which focus on fidelity over speed.

This Turm: Fine 32U990A features modern connective facilities like having a total of two Thunderbolt 5 ports. Therefore, two of the monitors can be daisy-chained to a third port for your laptop or any external device. The complete collection of ports to find in it includes:

Pre-order for LG UltraFine 32U990A starts in the United States on September 30, 2025, with a price tag of $1,999.99.
The launch of sales in Germany will start on 12 October. Besides, LG Germany has confirmed a €250 launch discount coupon to be available on that date, although prices for other international markets are yet to be announced.
