Sycom's GeForce RTX 5090 Hydro LC Plus presents high-end hybrid cooling
Sycom, the Japanese manufacturer, continues to develop its custom hardware line by introducing the GeForce RTX 5090 Hydro LC Plus. This flagship graphics card marries NVIDIA's latest Blackwell architecture with a very potent AIO liquid cooler built around Noctua and Lynk+ components to tame the heat of the best GPU.
Engineered for Thermally Efficiency
What sets the Hydro LC Plus apart contrarily is its cooling system, engineered to deal with the 575W TGP of the RTX 5090. Sycom has employed a large 360mm radiator fed with the Lynk+ cooling system, and an Asetek 6365-M2 pump. The radiator was equipped with three of Noctua's freshest 120mm NF-A12x25 G2 PWM fans for maximum airflow with silence.
According to Sycom's internal tests, this combination fares much better against air cooling
- Temperature: Peaks up to 62°C at 100% load (79.8°C on regular models).
- Sound Level: 40.8 dBA (43.6 dBA on regular models).
Specifications and design
The card is maintained in the dual-slot format at 280 x 150 x 40mm, with a distinct black-and-silver look. While the base clock is kept at reference values of 2017 MHz, the factory overclock sets the boost clock at 2452 MHz.
Core specifications include
- GPU: GB202 Die (Blackwell Architecture).
- Cores: 21,760 CUDA cores.
- Memory: 32 GB GDDR7 on a 512-bit bus.
- Power: Single 16-pin connector.
Availability
The GeForce RTX 5090 Hydro LC Plus is not listed for standalone purchase at the moment. Instead, Sycom is giving this premium card as part of fully assembled PC rigs in their Lepton Hydro and G-Master Hydro series.
