Unisoc T9300 5G SoC A Mid-Tier Powerhouse
With the T9300 5G System-On-Chip now unveiled, Unisoc intends to provide a mid-tier secure high-end experience featuring advanced imaging, a high-refresh-rate gaming experience, and satellite communication facilities. Supported finally by Android 16, the chip achieves an impressive AnTuTu V10 benchmark score of 550,000.
Core Performance and Architecture
The T9300 is fabricated in a 6nm technology with an octa-core CPU arrangement. This comprises two Arm Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six Arm Cortex-A55 efficiency cores clocked at 2.2GHz. The GPU fits with Arm Mali-G57 dual-core architecture. The aforementioned configurations are accompanied with support for LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.
