ASRock Introduces NUC(S) Ultra 300 BOX Series for AI Performance
ASRock has announced its new NUC(S) Ultra 300 BOX Series of compact computers. These systems are powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 processors, which integrate a CPU, GPU, and an NPU 5.0 for AI acceleration. The series is engineered to deliver significant AI inferencing power in a small form factor for commercial, creative, and gaming applications.
Core Characteristics of NUC(S) Ultra 300 BOX Series
The new series is designed with features that are conducive to the fast processing of data, have extensive connectivity, and portability with a robust security architecture.
- Processor Features Performance: It is powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra series 3 processors, designed with 14 up to 16 CPU cores, next-generation advanced Xe3 graphics, and an NPU capable of delivering up to, depending on model, 180 TOPS for AI inferencing tasks.
- Memory/Storage: Supports up to 128GB, in two SO-DIMM slots, high-speed 7200MHz DDR5 memory. Storage is provided via dual M.2 slots (one Gen5 x4, one Gen4 x4) while supporting Intel® VMD RAID 0/1 configurations.
- Display Output: Capable of driving simultaneously as many as four 8Ks through HDMI 2.1 TMDS and DisplayPort 2.1/1.4a (via USB4 and USB Type-C).
- Wireless Connectivity: Boasts of Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 for speedy and stable functionality of wireless connections.
- Security: Includes Intel® Platform Trust Technology (PTT), a firmware-based TPM solution to enhance platform security, without the use of discrete module.
