Minisforum MS 03 New Intel Panther Lake AI Workstation Details
Minisforum has officially confirmed the initial specifications for the MS 03 a high end mini PC positioned as a next generation AI workstation. The MS 03 was introduced at an Intel event in Shanghai which took place in March 2026. The MS 01 successor serves as the direct successor to the MS 01 as the company chose to skip an MS 02 release to concentrate on developing advanced AI technology.

The MS 03 occupies a compact footprint measuring 195 x 195 x 43.5 mm maintaining a design similar to its predecessor with a minimal black chassis and a prominent fan grille for cooling. The internal hardware has been developed to handle intensive tasks although the system features a compact design.
Processor Up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 356H featuring 16 cores. The 1.8 nm process provides better efficiency through its advanced manufacturing technology. The Thermal Design Power (TDP) of 70 W exceeds the limits set by previous generation products. The Panther Lake architecture will deliver better performance than the Core i9 processors from both the 12th and 13th Generation which are used in the MS 01 system.
Minisforum has designated the MS 03 as a data platform which meets AI requirements. The 2026 model includes OpenClaw support as a base feature which enables users to operate systems through its Hybrid Mode function. The system uses local processing capabilities and cloud resources to achieve the best performance while maintaining data security. The MS 03 processes sensitive information on site which reduces its dependence on cloud tokens and increases privacy protection for developers and business users.
