Yinxin Technology Revives AVEXIR Plasma Memory under AUREXIS Brand

More than 10 years ago, Taiwanese memory maker AVEXIR built a massive fan base by launching the Raiden series. At a time when basic RGB lighting was rare, these modules stood out by integrating physical plasma tubes that generated visible electrical current. Management issues eventually forced AVEXIR to exit the mainstream market, leading to an acquisition by its manufacturing partner Yinxin Technology.

Now the technology is returning under 2 distinct product lines. Yinxin Technology has split the intellectual property into AVEXIR, which handles standard RGB memory modules, and AUREXIS, which focuses entirely on the signature plasma lightning tubes. The division allows the company to target mainstream gamers while keeping the premium aesthetic exclusive to enthusiasts.

We still do not know if these memory modules will use the current DDR5 standard or support older platforms. Pricing remains a secret for now. Interested buyers will have to wait for Yinxin Technology to share actual performance details as the hardware moves closer to production.
