One UI 7 to be the last update for 12 Samsung smartphones
Samsung is expected to release a beta version of its new One UI 7 firmware, based on Android 15, soon, with a full release by the end of the year. However, this update will be the last for a dozen smartphones in the Galaxy family.

The following devices will no longer receive major updates after One UI 7:
- Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra
- Galaxy Note 20, Note 20 Ultra
- Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, S20 FE
- Galaxy Z Fold 2
- Galaxy Z Flip
- Galaxy A72
