be quiet! Launches New PC Peripherals at Computex 2025

be quiet! did make some waves at Computex 2025 by launching a new set of computer peripherals. Buckle up for new gaming mice, the company's first-ever mechanical keyboards, and a smart accessory for their highly popular PC cases.

Lightweight Precision: Introducing the Dark Perk Mice

Gamers, take note. be quiet!'s introducing two new contenders to the world of mice: the Dark Perk Ergo and the Dark Perk Sym. Both sensors inherit some seriously impressive DNA in the guise of a high-resolution Pixart PAW 3950 sensor that offers up to 32,000 DPI and an ultra-quick 8000 Hz polling rate. They both feature long-lasting Omron optical switches for crisp clicks.

What actually comes into focus is their weight – a mere 55 grams. These light-as-air mice are made for speed and agility. And wireless to top it off, with an impressive 100 hours of battery life, so you can play around the clock. The real difference? The Dark Perk Ergo is ergonomically shaped for right-handers, while the Dark Perk Sym is symmetrical in design, ideal for right- or left-hand gamers.

A First for be quiet!: Mechanical Keyboards Arrive

It's official – be quiet! has now joined the fray of mechanical keyboards with two new additions: the Dark Mount and the Light Mount. Both share a high-strength aluminum top panel and come equipped with a three-layered sound dampening system, in keeping with the company's quietness philosophy. You also have their own in-house silent switches (in linear or tactile versions) and per-key RGB lighting for that perfect customized glow.

The Dark Mount can also be had in a modular design, along with a special media control unit for simple adjustment. For something smaller, the Light Mount has a body and a handy rotary knob.

Show Off Your Build: The Project Light Base Stand

For those who like flaunting their PC internals, be quiet! also launched the Project Light Base Stand. This is an add-on product which is offered for their Light Base 900 FX enclosure and a new way of mounting it. Now, you can mount the glass panel to the side so that everybody can get a much improved view of your carefully chosen components.

When Can You Get Them?

The Dark Perk Ergo and Sym gaming mice are due to come out in August of 2025, at a cost of $129.90 (or its Euro equivalent). The new mechanical keyboards and Project Light Base Stand, however, haven't yet seen the release and pricing announced for them, so watch out for more details.
