Colorful Unveils iGame Origo Gaming Laptops with RTX 50-Series and 300Hz Displays
Colorful just dropped some exciting news at Computex 2025, announcing their new iGame Origo gaming laptop line. We're talking about the M15 and M16 models, and they're heating things up with the latest NVIDIA RTX 50-series graphics and 14th Gen Intel Core processors. But the biggest news: Displays that are refresh-rate capable of up to 300Hz.
Hello to the iGame M16 Origo: A Visual Feast
The iGame M16 Origo wants to impress. It boasts a 16-inch display with sharp 2.5K resolution and a 16:10 game-optimized aspect ratio. And yes, that refresh rate goes as high as 300Hz for ridiculously smooth visual action. If you opt for the Core i9 version, you also get an OLED panel with up to 600-nit brightness. The Core i7 model is not far behind, boasting a 500-nit IPS screen. All this is packed into a form factor that measures just 19.9mm in thickness and weighs approximately 2.28 kg.
Don't Forget the M15 Origo: Compact Power
If you require something a tad more portable, the M15 Origo might be your option. It features a 15.3-inch IPS display, also with a 2.5K resolution and that extremely high 300Hz refresh rate, searing hot with up to 500 nits of brightness. This one tips the scales at a more portable 2.08 kg.
Under the Hood: What Powers Them?
With the outside covered, let's talk about the power inside these gadgets:
The M16 Origo accommodates either an Intel Core i9-14900HX or an i7-14650HX processor. For the graphics, you're thinking of something like the RTX 5070 or RTX 5060. Your memory can accommodate a whopping 64GB of DDR5 RAM, and you can have as much as 2TB of high-speed SSD storage.
The M15 Origo is equipped with Intel Core Ultra 9 285H or Ultra 7 255H processors. It can be upgraded to 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD.
Battery-wise, both the M16 and M15 both feature a 99Wh battery on one device and an 80Wh battery on the other. Both the laptops are future-proof with Wi-Fi 6E connectivity and offer all the ports that matter like Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, an SD card reader, and an Ethernet port for stable connections.
When Can We Get Them?
On price and release, however, Colorful is being tight-lipped for the meantime. On these specs alone, however, these iGame Origo laptops are definitely well worth looking out for gamers who need the highest performance and graphical fidelity.
