Fallout Season 2 Filming Wraps: Get Ready for More Wasteland Adventures - Update on Release & New Vegas Setting
Remember how awesome the first season of the Fallout series was. It really hit the spot for fans, being so close to our favorite games. Well, buckle up, because waiting for more fun with Lucy, the Ghoul, and Maximus just got a little shorter.
The big news just dropped: filming on season two has finally wrapped. Ella Purnell, who stars as Lucy, was among the first to share the exciting news. It feels like just yesterday we were geeking out over Season 1, and now Season 2 is already wrapped.
To mark the moment, Amazon Prime uploaded a totally awesome video clip. It's Walton Goggins (our favorite Ghoul) taking off that thick makeup. You can literally see how much time and effort is put into transforming him into the character.
Heading to New Vegas
So, where are we headed next season. All signs are pointing to the Mojave Wasteland, specifically New Vegas. This was hinted at previously, and earlier this year some keen-eyed people even spotted sets being built that were a direct replica of the famous city.
Release Date Anticipation
Now, the big question: when do we get to see it. Amazon has not announced an official release date. But now that filming's completed, that premiere looks much, much closer. We'll have to wait anxiously for the word, but the anticipation is certainly building.
