Naughty Dog Confirms Second Game in Development Alongside "Intergalactic"
Naughty Dog, the incredible studio behind some of gaming's most legendary adventures, isn't just developing "Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet." They have another game in development, and studio head Neil Druckmann himself just confirmed it.
During an interview on the "Press X to Continue" podcast, Druckmann revealed some of this encouraging news. He explained,
"There's another game that's being developed at Naughty Dog where I'm less of a director and more of a producer and I can mentor, watch this other team, give feedback, and be a leader."He even mentioned how much he enjoys these various roles, which keep his work challenging and fresh.
So, What Is This Mystery Game
Naturally, the million-dollar question on everyone's mind is: what they are developing. Although Druckmann didn't spill any specific titles, the rumors are already running wild. Insiders have whispered about the potential for a new "Uncharted" title or the much-awaited "The Last of Us: Part III" for a while now.
Is one of these fan-favorite franchises returning. It's likely. Developing two entirely new IPs at the same time would be a monumental undertaking, even for a developer as renowned as Naughty Dog. So, returning to a popular world with a new tale is very probably in development.
For now, we'll simply have to wait and see. But the confirmation alone is enough to get the hype train rolling. Based on Naughty Dog's track record, whatever this unknown project is going to be, it's bound to be something amazing.
