OneXPlayer G1 Gaming System Now Selling Directly from OneXPlayer Store
After its successful crowdfunding campaign, One-Netbook is now selling its OneXPlayer G1 gaming system directly from its own OneXPlayer Store. This opens up the availability of this piece of hardware to gamers worldwide.
One-Netbook has certainly been keeping themselves occupied of late, launching products like the OneXPlayer F1 Pro with its gorgeous 144Hz OLED screen and the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor. They even updated the OneXPlayer X1 with an APU of a similar stripe. Now they're focusing on new designs with the G1 and the OneXSugar Sugar 1 (a collaboration with Sugar Cubes).
Though the Sugar 1 remains to be launched on Indiegogo, the G1 launched on crowdfunding in January. After a brief setback with its detachable keyboard owing to certain 'unforeseen supply chain disruptions,' One-Netbook has now come to the conclusion that it's time to offer the complete G1 package on their store.
What's in the Store Version Under the Hood
Interestingly enough, if you visit the OneXPlayer Store, you won't find the Intel Core Ultra 7 255H version that was the one offered during the Indiegogo campaign. Instead, One-Netbook is sticking with AMD for this direct release, offering you a choice between two powerful APUs:
- AMD Ryzen 7 8840U
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370
Regardless of which processor you opt for, the OneXPlayer G1 is packed with some seriously awesome hardware features:
- A breathtaking 8.8-inch IPS display with sharp 2.5K resolution and silky-smooth 144Hz refresh rate.
- A huge 51.97 Wh (14,283 mAh) battery to keep you gaming on the go.
- Responsive LPDDR5X-7500 RAM for seamless performance.
- Versatile connectivity with an OcuLink port and two USB4 ports.
- Precise control thanks to Hall effect triggers and joysticks.
How Much Will It Cost You
Now you can get the OneXPlayer G1 for $959. That is the Ryzen 7 8840U model with 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, which they say has been discounted from an original price of $1,099.
If you consider the more premium Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, or if you want to max out the RAM limit at 64GB, prices start from about $1,319 and $1,519 respectively. For all the variants and the nitty-gritty information, we suggest looking into the official product page on the OneXPlayer Store.
