ROG NUC is indeed receiving its monstrous push from ASUS for 2025, as they have announced new configurations with the latest NVIDIA RTX 50 series GPUs for the ROG NUC. We are specifically looking at RTX 5070Ti and its heavyweight counterpart, RTX 5080, both connected to a speedy 1TB SSD. Even though they have yet to land on JD.com, IT Home already put out the pricing of these newcomers. Let me tell you ASUS isn't holding back.
These compact machines are all set to pack some phenomenal hardware. Under the hood, you'll find:
- Processor The formidable Intel Core Ultra 9-275HX, boasting 24 cores and 24 threads for demanding tasks and gaming.
- Graphics Power Up to be installed with the 175W RTX 5080 Laptop GPU to achieve top-tier performance, otherwise a still very capable RTX 5070Ti.
- Memory An ultra-32GB fast DDR5 6400MHz RAM to run everything smoothly.
However, to avoid all this high-performance and packed equipment burning hot in a tiny space, ASUS applies an advanced cooling system. We are talking triple-fan configuration with dual VC (vapor chamber) design and, also, an exclusive BIOS mentioned by ASUS in order to permit users to change some performance settings as per their convenience.
If you were to like the design of the 2024 model, you will be very comfortable. The 2025 ROG NUC retains that same design pattern, with a tiny full-impact volume of just 3 liters. The dimensions are neat 282.4 x 187.7 x 56.5 mm. And of course, it wouldn't be ROG without some customizable effect to add some "illusion of lighting effects" to your setup.
The small footprint of the ROG NUC certainly doesn't imply that it's shy on ports. Expect the following from the latest in wireless Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 7. Regarding physical connections
