Ayaneo just put out its new Pocket S2 series of Android game tools, led by the strong Qualcomm Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 chip. These are top-level gadgets with great screens you can now back on Indiegogo.
The Pocket S2 is a big jump from the older Pocket S, mainly because it has the Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 chip. This chip uses up to 20W, giving good game power. Ayaneo matches this with a clear 6.3-inch, 1440p IPS screen for all kinds. The screen also has a 60Hz refresh rate, 600 nits of top light, and great color with 90% DCI-P3 and 120% sRGB.
Ayaneo plans to send some as soon as July, but backers should know full send times are not set, and past sends have seen changes.
Every S2 has cool parts for players:
- TMR sticks and Hall effect parts for clear use.
- An x-axis motor for better touch feel.
- Two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports for power, data move, and DisplayPort Alt Mode.
- A microSD card slot for more space.
These parts fit in a body that's 228.8 x 91 x 15.9 mm.

The basic Pocket S2 is $439, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of space. More high-end kinds, like the Pocket S2 Pro and a Limited Edition, go up to $699. These have more like 16GB of RAM, 1TB of space, special looks, an 8-way D-pad, a big battery, and fast charging.
