Honor has rolled out its new X6c phone, a low-cost model made for your day-to-day tasks, with added AI help. The X6c catches the eye due to its SGS proof of drop safety and its guard against dust and water.
The Honor X6c sports a 6.61-inch IPS screen. This display has sharp HD+ clarity, a smooth 120Hz rate, and a peak shine of 1000 nits. For photos, it has a 5-megapixel front camera in a round cut, and the back boasts a main 50-megapixel sensor.
The phone runs on a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chip. You can pick from 6GB or 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of built-in space. A big 5300 mAh battery keeps it running, and it can charge fast at 35 watts. Other cool parts are a fingerprint button on the side for safety, IP64 body guard, and a classic earphone plug.
The phone also packs AI tools that you can start with a button. A long push lets you use things like on-spot camera translation, image search or help with your schoolwork.
The Honor X6c is out first in Malaysia, with prices starting at about $141.
