Get ready with those whips and diggers as the game is set to release on October 31, 2025. Yes, that's right, a Halloween treat for gamers on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
It feels like ages since Yacht Club Games even stepped outside the bounds of Shovel Knight (apart from their excellent publishing of Cyber Shadow). It's been all Shovel for the last decade so Mina the Hollower marks a really exciting new chapter for the acclaimed developers.
But wait, there's more. Can't hold your excitement to see what Yacht Club has been baking There's still no need to wait until Halloween to get the taste. The demo of Mina the Hollower is pretty much available now on PC via Steam Get in there
So, what we expect from Mina If Shovel Knight had his trusty shovel, Mina comes with a whip and some really cool digging powers. From the little we saw, there seems to be pretty much that classic Yacht Club Games platforming action we know and love.
Let's face it Yacht Club Games have really set a high bar for themselves. One of the best indie developers around, and hence, the anticipation for Mina the Hollower is sky-high. And then, it will be fascinating to see how this completely new adventure will be received by players when it lands this coming Halloween without the shadow of the shovel.
