Persona 4 Revival Official Unveiling PC Consoles New Voice Cast ATLUS Xbox Games Showcase Details Release Info

After an eternity of whispers and speculation, ATLUS officially unveiled it Persona 4 Revival is indeed real and is coming to PC and consoles.

That news could be found through this year's Xbox Games Showcase, featuring a reasonably teaser-short teaser trailer. We saw glimpses of the comparatively foggy town of Inaba and saw our beloved protagonist Yu Narukami. While the trailer kept its trap shut otherwise, one detail most long-time fans of the series caught was the unmistakable beat of Time to Make History, this iconic Persona 4 Golden combat theme. For the remake, should we look to the improved Golden version, rather than the original PlayStation 2 release. Certainly seems so.

Unfortunately, as things stand, ATLUS is keeping mum about a release window. So, for now, one will simply have to wait in suspense to see when exactly one will be allowed to re-enter the Midnight Channel.

While the teaser was short, one great piece of information has come out during the days leading up to and surfacing after the announcement. It seems that Persona 4 Revival will use an entirely new voice cast. This is bittersweet for some but, as some voice actors who had taken part in the original game announced that they would not reprise their roles in the remake, it means a really new start for this beloved story.

Persona 4 Revival will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S across the world. This is one good combination of platforms, ensuring a lot of players get to play or re-experience this classic in most new lights.

We can't wait to see more of it. What will be different. How does Inaba look and feel with modern graphics. And more importantly, when can we take the journey again. Stay tuned.
