In Wildgate, you and your trusty crew of spacefaring scallywags will find yourselves at a high-stakes race. To snatch the first "Artifact," a super-valuable relic attracting all sorts of nasty characters to this frightfully filled-go-gun-corners of the galaxy. And since you are all pirates, let's just say this race will be one undiplomatic one.
You will choose your spaceship from any number of types, each completing a particular strength in armor, speed, and shields. But one thing all these ships share Massive space cannons that need to be used to blow the competition into smithereens so they are not able to get their dirty eyes on that Artifact before you. Fancy something much more personal Then, boarding enemy ships and tearing them apart from within is always an option. The choice, captain, is yours.
While the Artifact is the grand prize, this treacherous corner of space is littered with other treats too. These include even bigger and meaner guns for you and your ship. It is indeed a dog-eat-dog galaxy Half the battle has been to stay well-armed.
