Chuwi Puts Out New 16-inch Game Laptop
Chuwi just put out the GameBook, a new 16-inch game laptop shown two months back. It has an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX chip with a Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU. It is on sale now with a price cut for the start.
Main Tech Parts
The GameBook comes in one set of parts. Here are the main tech points:
- Chip (CPU): AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX, set to a 55W Heat Design Power (TDP).
- Graphics (GPU): Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, used at its top 140W power.
- Memory: 32 GB of DDR5 RAM.
- Store room: 1 TB M.2 2280 SSD.
- Battery: 77.77 Wh (15.4V/5,050 mAh).
Screen and Build
The laptop has a fast screen and some handy build parts.
- Screen Panel: 16-inch IPS screen at a 2.5K (2560 x 1600) look, a 16:10 stretch, a 300Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits top light.
- Size & Weight: The body is 356.68 x 253.8 x 21.4 mm and about 2.3 kg heavy.
- Keys: Has full-size arrow keys and a line of number keys.
- Cooling: Uses a two-fan and three-pipe cool setup to keep it from getting too hot.
Price, When You Can Buy It, and Start Sale
The Chuwi GameBook is right now only sold at Chuwi's EU shop. The usual price is €2,300 (~$2,700). But, you can pay less, €2,024 (~$2,400), with the code GB166 at the start.
