Marvel Rivals Season 3 'The Abyss Awakens' Info Out Now

Marvel and NetEase just told us when and what will come with Marvel Rivals Season 3. Named 'The Abyss Awakens,' this new part will start on July 11. It brings the star hero Phoenix into the mix and adds a new area called Klyntar Celestial Husk map. The makers also said that new parts for Marvel Rivals will come out every two months.

New Hero Phoenix Arrives in Season 3

In this story, Phoenix and Jean Grey are one and travel the stars to help out. After a big mix-up in time, Phoenix feels a dark force waking up that has messed up many gods. To end this evil, she and Jean head into the dark to burn it away. Phoenix will be a Duelist type in the game.

New Map Klyntar Celestial Husk

This map's tale starts with Knull killing many Celestials. While the head of the first dead Celestial turned into Knowhere, its big body stayed in space near the planet Klyntar. Hurt by Knull's might and space forces, bits of the Celestial now drop onto Klyntar's ground, making the fight place.
