MINISFORUM M1 Pro Mini PC Joins Two Intel CPU Ages
MINISFORUM has a new plan for its M1 Pro mini PC. Now, they let you pick between Intel's Meteor Lake and the new, stronger Arrow Lake tech in the same PC line.
CPU Choices and Cost
The main thing setting the M1 Pro models apart is the CPU, which changes both speed and price:
- Intel Core Ultra 5 125H (Meteor Lake): The start model begins at $383 with a basic setup.
- Intel Core Ultra 9 285H (Arrow Lake): This top model offers a big jump in CPU and picture speed. It might start at $695, but it’s not ready yet.
Same Core Structure and Traits
Both M1 Pro models use the same strong build, sharing an aluminum case and the same inside set-up.
- Memory: Two SODIMM slots can take up to 128GB of DDR5 memory. Meteor Lake handles up to DDR5-5600 speeds, while Arrow Lake can do up to DDR5-6400.
- Storage: Two M.2 2280 slots can hold up to 8TB of PCIe 4.0 x4 storage.
Lots of Connects and I/O
Both M1 Pro kinds have many ports:
