Samsung Galaxy Unpacked: Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, and Watch 8 Classic Showed Off
Samsung just showed its new tech at its fresh Galaxy Unpacked show. They told us about a new-look Galaxy Z Fold 7, the Galaxy Z Flip 7, a less costly "FE" model of the Flip, and the comeback of a loved style with the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic.
Galaxy Z Fold 7: Thinner, Lighter, now with a 200MP Camera
The Z Fold 7 brings big updates with a smoother style, tough build, and a big boost in the camera setup.
Style and Screens
- Thinner and Lighter: This one is just 4.2mm open and 8.9mm shut, weighing 215 grams.
- Strong Build: Has a new Armor FlexHinge, Armor Aluminum sides, Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 on the front, and 50% thicker Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) on the main screen.
- Main Screen: A larger 8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X with top resolution and a 1-120Hz fresh rate.
- Front Screen: Bigger at 6.5-inch FHD+ with a user-friendly 21:9 ratio.

The biggest camera jump in a Samsung foldable yet:

Galaxy Z Flip 7: Bigger Screens and an Exynos Core
Samsung's new flip, the Z Flip 7, has better screens and a new main chip.

Samsung also brought out its first "Fan Edition" foldable, the Z Flip 7 FE, with a few less fancy parts to cut the cost.

- Chip: Uses last year's Exynos 2400 SoC.
- Memory: Just 8GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB space choices.
- Display & Cameras: The same setup as the last Z Flip 6 (6.7" main, 3.4" cover, 50MP+12MP back cameras).
- Link Up: Only Wi-Fi 6E, not Wi-Fi 7.
- Power: A 4,000mAh battery, 25W wired charging.

Galaxy Watch 8 Classic: The Rotating Bezel is Back
For those who wear tech, the big news is the Classic model is back in the Galaxy Watch line, with its known turning bezel for moving through the menu.
