Samsung Sets its Sights on October 2025 for New Tri-Fold Phone and XR Headset

Samsung has now made clear they plan to sell a new tri-fold phone and their first XR headset by the end of 2025. In a recent call about how much they made, the firm shared that these new tech items are set for an October release, showing a big move into next-level mobile and deep tech areas.

The Galaxy Tri-Fold Phone

This new tri-fold phone from Samsung has a screen that bends in on two sides. When you close the phone, the screen is held safe inside. This way of making the phone is better than some others, like Huawei’s Mate XT that folds out and keeps the screen out in the open.

The First Android XR Headset

Next to the new phone, Samsung will put out its XR headset. It is key as the first to start with the new Android XR system, made by both Samsung and Google. They also plan to bring AI into more products in the Galaxy line.

Moving Ahead of Rivals

This double release is Samsung's way to get ahead in the market before others, mainly Apple, come in. Apple is not seen to bring in their folding iPhone until the end of 2026. So, Samsung’s early start may give them a big plus in the fresh foldable and full-dive tech areas.
