TECNO Shows New PHANTOM Ultimate G Fold Phone
TECNO has shown a new phone idea, called the PHANTOM Ultimate G Fold Concept. This phone can fold three ways, or "triple clamshell," and it uses a new way to fold not like the older ideas from the firm.
A Fresh Way to Fold
Not like last year's PHANTOM Ultimate 2, which folded in an "S" shape, this new G Fold Concept folds in a new style. The side parts of the screen fold one by one on top of the middle part. This needs a set way to fold because one of the outer parts has an outer screen to use as the main screen when the phone is fully folded.
When It Was Shown and Why
The time chosen to show it seems planned. Last year, TECNO's idea was shown right before a like device by HUAWEI. This year, they told about the PHANTOM Ultimate G Fold Concept just two days before we think Samsung will show a like three-fold device.
Just an Idea for Now
TECNO says this phone is just an idea for now. There is no info on what parts it has inside. Also, no news on when it might be sold or if they will make a real phone to sell like this three-fold one.
