Tuxedo Stellaris 16 Laptop Gets Big Speed Boost
Tuxedo has put out a new take on its Stellaris 16 fast laptop. This new make uses strong AMD chips, with a pick for 3D V-Cache, top NVIDIA visuals up to an RTX 5090, and can use the Tuxedo Aquaris water cool system from the side.
Core Specs and Speed
The new Stellaris 16 is made for hard jobs and play. Its main parts are:
- Chips: Pick from AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX or AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D.
- Visuals: Pick NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5080, or the top RTX 5090. The last two GPUs use 150 watts.
- Power Setup: Set the CPU's power draw from 10 to 130 watts in the Tuxedo Control Center.
- Cooling: Works with the Tuxedo Aquaris side water cool for better heat control.
Screen, Memory, and Storage
The laptop has top screen and memory set-ups:
- Screen: A 16-inch screen with 2560x1600 clearness, 300 Hz speed, and very bright at 1000 cd/m². Both mini-LED and LED screen types are set by build.
- Memory (RAM): Two slots can hold up to 96 GB of 5600 MHz RAM.
- Storage: Holds two M.2 2280, one for PCIe 5.0 and the other for PCIe 4.0.
