The Vivo Y400 Just Showed Up Online with Main Specs Shown
The Vivo Y400 was just put up on Vivo's site in Indonesia, pointing to an upcoming drop. This 4G phone has a 120Hz AMOLED screen, a big 6,000 mAh battery, and a 50-megapixel main camera, but its top thing is being very water-safe.
Screen Specs
The gadget has a flat 6.67-inch AMOLED display. Main screen things to note are:
- Resolution: Full HD+
- Refresh Rate: 120 Hz
- Color Range: 100% DCI-P3
- Brightness: Up to 1,800 nits
Camera and Build
The back camera setup has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 main piece (1/2.96" size) and a 2-megapixel one for depth. The back also has a "Dynamic Light," for alert LEDs. The phone is just under 8mm thick and between 196g and 198g, based on the color.
Battery and Toughness
A big 6,000 mAh battery runs the Y400. Vivo claims this battery keeps at least 80% health after 1,600 charge cycles.
The phone's toughness is a key sell. It holds IP68 and IP69 labels for keeping stuff out. In tests, it stayed under water at a depth of 6 meters for 30 minutes, beating the usual IP test needs.
When You Can Buy It
The Vivo Y400 will come in Purple Dusk and Tropical Green. Details on its cost, when it will be out, and if you can buy it outside Indonesia are still not told.
