Creature-Collecting Roguelite Morsels Set for Nintendo Switch on November 18, 2025

Annapurna Interactive and Furcula-the aforementioned developer-have fixed the date for their upcoming title Morsels as a vibrant, kinda freaky creature collector roguelite now set to launch through Nintendo Switch on November 18, 2025.

About Morsels

In Morsels, players start as a hungry mouse in the sewers who meets a magical, sentient fatberg. The encounter allows the mouse to become a "Morsel," and with these abilities, venture to fight oppressive cat forces in the upper worlds to earn more Morsel friends to their team.

Gameplay and Key Features

This game is top-down and action-roguelite with concentric mechanics for collecting creatures and strategically swapping characters. Some key features are:

  • Character Swapping: Players are free to swap and play any monster character from a rotating roster at will in combat.
  • Creature Collection: Build and nurture an army of monster friends to help government challenge against the cats.
  • Carten Transformation: Use magical cards to morph into different little monsters endowed with different abilities.
  • Frenetic Action: Fast-paced top down battles in a grueling roguelite structure.

Impressive Creative Team

This film is unique in style, thanks to its cadre of veteran creators. This project features art by Toby Dixon (Atomicrops, Nidhogg 2), music by Sam Webster (Grindstone, Guncho), and design and programming by Iggy Zuk.
