Xiaomi Puts Out New Redmi A27U Type-C Monitor for 2026
Xiaomi has rolled out a new Redmi A27U Type-C monitor. The 2026 version includes HDR400 on its 27-inch 4K screen, but keeps big features like 90W fast charge via USB-C. You can pre-order it now in China.
Better Screen with 4K and HDR400
The main part of the monitor is its 27-inch IPS screen with a 4K picture of 3840 x 2160 spots. It shows all of the sRGB and 93% of the DCI-P3 color range. The top boost from the old model is the add of VESA DisplayHDR 400, backed by the screen's 400 nits light score, letting it show more full and bright colors.
Plug Hub with 90W Fast Charge
A key thing here is the USB-C port—it does both screen input and 90W fast charge for your stuff. This means you can plug in many laptops with just one wire. Other hook up options are:
- 2x HDMI 2.0 ports
- 1x DisplayPort 1.4
- 2x USB 2.0 ports (for extra tools)
- 1x 3.5mm sound jack
Look and More Bits
The 2026 Redmi A27U Type-C keeps the thin look and slim sides from last year's model, good for more screens side by side. More bits add an easy stand, lots of eye-safe modes, and full light DC dimming to cut flicker.
Price and Pre-Order Bits
This screen is up for pre-order in China at CNY 1,799 (about $249). Xiaomi hasn't set a world-wide sale date yet, though past models were sold out of China too.
