Resident Evil Requiem Pre-Orders Have Opened
Capcom has officially begun pre-orders for the next main installment in its survival horror franchise, Resident Evil Requiem. The game will launch on February 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC, which includes Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Pre-Order Editions and Content
This means that whichever edition people pre-ordered, they would receive the "Grace's Costume: Apocalypse" as a bonus. The game has a number of editions with different sets of content.
Standard Edition ($69.99)
- A copy of Resident Evil Requiem.
- Pre-order bonus: "Grace's Costume: Apocalypse".
Deluxe Edition ($79.99)
- A copy of Resident Evil Requiem.
- The entire Deluxe Kit, inclusive of:
- Five costumes (including "Grace's Costume: Dimitrescu").
- Two in-game filters (including "Filter: Apocalypse").
- Four weapon skins (including "S & S M232 Weapon Skin: Apocalypse").
- Two weapon charms (including "Charm: Mr. Raccoon").
- Audio Pack: Raccoon City Classic.
- Files: Letters from 1998.
- Pre-order bonus: "Grace's Costume: Apocalypse".
SteelBook Edition
- All content from the Deluxe Edition.
- Collector's SteelBook case.
- Limited lenticular card.
Platform-Specific Bonuses and Hardware
Capcom also announced some exclusives related to the games on specific platforms.
- Epic Games Store Bonus: Anyone purchasing the game through the Epic Games Store will receive special Resident Evil collaboration items in Fortnite, including a Grace skin, to be distributed after the game is launched.
- Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller: A limited edition Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller with Resident Evil Requiem artwork will be available at launch.
- Grace amiibo: Game protagonist Grace will be the first Resident Evil amiibo and will launch in Summer 2026.
- Resident Evil Generation Pack (Switch 2): At $89.99, this pack includes game key cards for Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Gold Edition, Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, and Resident Evil Requiem.
