Internal Beta Trials Underway for 12 Models

From Mi Community testing logs, it appears that beta testing for several old models has been internally initiated by Xiaomi. Thus, as of now, an update for HyperOS 3 is under development for these models, even if they may not see full Android 16 updates.

These devices included in the internal testing are from the company's Redmi, Poco, and flagship Xiaomi brands:

  • Redmi Series: Redmi Note 12T Pro, Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi K60 Pro.
  • Poco Series: Poco F5 Pro, Poco X6 Neo.
  • Xiaomi and Others: Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12S Pro, Xiaomi 12S Ultra, Pad 6 Pro, Xiaomi 12T Pro, Xiaomi 13 Lite, Civi 3, and MIX Fold 2

Timeline for Stable Release Is Unknown

Though this internal testing is assuring for the owners of these devices, the testing logs do not specify any particular dates for when the stable HyperOS 3 updates will be served to the end users.

This comes just after the HyperOS 3 updates to the latest devices, including the Poco X7, Poco X7 Pro, Poco F7, and Poco F7 Pro, were started on the last day of last month.
