Aetina has included NVIDIA Blackwell power for the Industrial Edge
The bar for AI at the edge is being raised with the release by Aetina Corporation of its newest CoreEdge MXM AI Accelerator Module series. By integrating NVIDIA's latest RTX PRO Blackwell Embedded GPUs, these modules are designed for extreme workloads in autonomous machines, smart manufacturing, and medical systems. New series are just a considerable midway jump over earlier generations, providing a lift in capability of about three times the AI performance.
Performance Enhanced by Blackwell Architecture
Hardware needs to be tiny yet powerful while moving from data centers to edge environments. The new series extends NVIDIA Blackwell's platform to bring advanced generative AI, ray tracing, and neural graphics into constrained space and power devices.
The MX5000B-XA is the flagship module (powered by the NVIDIA RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell GPU) with:
- Processing Power: 10,496 CUDA cores, 320 Tensor cores, and 80 RT cores.
- Speed: 40.62 TFLOPS of FP32 performance.
- Memory: It utilizes GDDR7 memory with bandwidths peaking at 896 GB/s.
- Benchmarks: 2 times faster inference on LLMs like Gemma-2-9b and an 80% increased Geekbench AI score over the predecessor.
Rugged Design for Critical Applications
These modules are built for real industrial applications. They occupy about a fifth of the space of a conventional graphics card while delivering workstation-class performance. Critical industrial features are:
- Temperature Tolerance: -40 to +85°C.
- Protection: Conformal coating to resist dust and moisture.
- Durability: MXM Type B vibration-resistant mounting holes and adjustable power settings TGP.
- Longevity: Aetina guarantees a 5-year product lifecycle very much needed for long-term industrial projects.

Aetina has released in phases:
- Available Now: MX5000B-XA and MX500B-QA models.
- Coming Q1 2026: MX4000B and MX2000B modules to commence mass production.
