Honor Teasers Flagship Win Mobile with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5
Honor has, via a latest teaser, officially confirmed some of the key hardware specifications for its coming flagship gaming model Honor Win. Some other technical details about the device have collided from unofficial sources in China.
Official Hardware and Performance Details
In the teaser, Honor has stated that as per the high-performance specs, the Honor Win shall be fitted with:
- Processor: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5
- Memory: LPDDRX Ultra RAM (up to 10.7 Gbps)
- Storage: UFS 4.1
Honor claims that with hardware provisions like these, the device scored 4,409,382 on the AnTuTu v10 benchmark. Additionally stated was the extreme game-play performance for 5 consecutive hours-without a single frame freeze, drop, or any lag.
Unofficial Specifications from Insiders
These have, however, not been confirmed by Honor themselves and are reported to have been passed on by some industry insiders.
Insider sources, Bald Panda note that the Honor Win will have an OLED display, 6.83 inches in size with a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 185Hz, with uniform 1.4mm bezels on all 4 sides.
According to Digital Chat Station, a battery of 10,000 mAh is in the works with 100-watt wired and 80-watt wireless charging support for the device. The same tipster suggests that a more reasonable Honor Win RT model will go with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and the same capacity battery but minus wireless charging.

Currently, the Honor Win and Win RT have no set official presentation date.
