A Two-Year Hiatus for the Gaming Series

The previous year would thus have been the first in the brand history without a gaming laptop being launched, while this still remains to be seen regarding a possible change in plans. The last in line for the series was the Redmi G Pro (2024), and there are no expectations for any revised product.

The production of the highest configuration for the Redmi G Pro 2024 has already been stopped, and no further orders have been communicated from the brand.

Redmi has stressed that it will not be exiting the laptop market as such. Instead, standard laptops will continue to be developed, with plans to refresh sleek and convenient everyday use laptops in 2026.
