ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) now tends to roll out its brand new line of OLED gaming monitors at this CES 2026. Core Technology Upgrades

Comparing these monitors, the most recent technologies are contained within innovations for clearer images and the overall performance of the panel.

ROG RGB Stripe Pixel OLED

ROG RGB Stripe Pixel OLED

New panel technology converts pixels in such a way that it actually avoids the color fringing which typically can be found in the usual OLED TVs. In effect, everything gets sharper when it's about text on-screen, and visible details in images are more clearly defined and discerned. This technology is found in both the new models of QD-OLED and Tandem OLED.

ROG BlackShield Film

ROG BlackShield Film

This is the BlackShield that will be applied to the new QD-OLEDs. Perceived blacks will increase by up to 40%, producing deeper blacks and thus causing higher contrast, especially in well-lit rooms. In addition, it hardens the surface of the panel by 2.5 times compared to the previous generations, thus improving the scratch-resistance and durability performance.

ROG announces three monitors using the new QD-OLED panels integrated with RGB Stripe Pixel blackshield foil.
