Honor Magic8 Pro and Lite Launch in the UK, Giving Hints Towards Wider European Release
The United Kingdom sees the launch of the Honor Magic8 Pro and its cheaper alternative, the Magic8 Lite, with an intention of making their very first appearance in Europe. Even though the official word on the release for the EU market is still out, prices and technically relevant specifications are slowly being circulated.
European Rights Availability and Pricing
The Magic8 Pro in the UK sits at around €1,270, while the Magic8 Lite retails for some €460, the lowdown conversion goes. This pricing trend, it seems, supports the earlier EU market report.
There are expectations-Magic8 Pro price exacted to enforce RRP across Europe at €1,299-By now MediaMarkt has already listed the device in Germany for that price. There are also reports of a preorder price of €1,099 lower than that. An official EU release date has yet to be announced, but Honor's reports suggest preorders would start on January 15.

Honor Magic8 Pro (European Version)
The European Honor Magic8 Pro has been out in preparation with a 6,270 mAh battery. This is a reduction from the 7,200 mAh received in the model that launched in China.
Honor Magic8 Pro vs. Magic8 Lite
One of the major differences between the Magic8 Lite and Honor Magic8 Pro is the fact that the former is a lighter and more refined device, but the internal specifications are quite divergent.
- Processor: A flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 powers the Magic8 Pro, while Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 is used in Magic8 Lite.
- Camera: A 200 MP telephoto lens with 3.7x zoom and optical image stabilization is part of the Magic8 Pro camera system. The downgraded camera setup of the Magic8 Lite does not include this highly advanced telephoto lens.
- Battery: The Magic8 Lite borrows a larger 7,500 mAh battery as opposed to a 6,270 mAh found in the Pro.
