Samsung Has Confirmed Launch Date as 25th February 2026 for Galaxy S26 Series
Samsung has officially announced the scheduled date concerning the next flagship smartphone line. The Galaxy S26 series is set to be launched on February 25, 2026, during an Unpacked event, which begins at 7 PM Central European Time (10 AM PT / 1 PM ET).

Samsung s26 Pricing and Market Dynamics
All these new models may go for an increase in price ranging from around 44,000 to 88,000 won (roughly $31 to $62). This might result in the following possible prices for the US retail market:

According to Samsung executives, the emerging memory prices caused by AI sector demands have begun to drive costs. Such market pressure might influence the change or strategy in promotional acts, thereby reducing aggressive discounts on the Galaxy S26 series relative to the preceding years.
Specification and Production Updates
Samsung confirmed the cancellation of the Galaxy S26 Edge model. Instead, the new series will house the Galaxy S26 Plus, with a screen size of 6.66 inches, down from 6.7 inches in the outgoing model. Conversely, the entry-level Galaxy S26 will be increased from 6.2 inches to 6.27 inches.
As per production, manufacturing has begun for the Galaxy S26 Ultra while final work on the Galaxy S26 Plus is expected to conclude shortly.
