The Acer Shadow Knight Neo 16 introduces a 300Hz display to its product line. The Shadow Knight Neo 16 drives competition with its advanced Intel and NVIDIA components and its fast refreshing display system. The device is currently available in the Chinese market.
The Shadow Knight Neo 16 uses a 16 inch IPS display as its most important feature. The display provides a 2.5K resolution with a 300Hz refresh rate which enables players to experience smooth visual motion during high speed esports matches. The panel covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut and reaches a peak brightness of 500 nits, making it suitable for various lighting conditions.
The laptop uses an Intel Core i7 14650HX processor which includes 16 cores and operates at a maximum thermal design power of 110 watts. The system uses an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU for graphics processing which operates at a 115W TDP. Acer states that the total combined TDP of the system is 170W, supported by a dual fan cooling system designed to prevent thermal throttling during heavy use.
The system contains 16GB of DDR5 5600 RAM memory. Users have the option to upgrade the memory up to a maximum of 64GB.
