MediaTek H2 2025 Employee Bonus Distribution and Profit Analysis

MediaTek will make its H2 2025 employee bonus payments in February 2026. The Taiwanese IC design leader MediaTek will distribute its second half 2025 employee bonuses at the end of February 2026. The external estimate puts the total bonus pool at NT$11.4 billion because the company achieved specific profit milestones. The current figure shows a drop of 15.7 percent compared to the bonuses awarded in August for the first half of the year.

MediaTek distributes around 20 percent of its pre tax profits as bonuses to its staff members. The company reported pre tax profits of NT$57.1 billion for the second half of 2025 which represents a decline from the first half total of NT$67.78 billion. The profit shift directly impacts the upcoming distribution.

The average salary for full time employees who do not hold management positions reached NT$4.31 million in 2024 which includes a median salary of NT$3.438 million. The local market ranks these numbers behind Hsin Hua which holds the second position.

MediaTek maintains its employee stock ownership subsidy program which started in 2023 and delivers additional benefits beyond cash bonuses.
