Lenovo expands its Legion 7a Gen 11 series by introducing Strix Halo and RTX 5060 models

Lenovo introduced two new Legion 7a Gen 11 gaming models to its gaming collection through its product update in January 2026. The new model lineup features a 15.3 inch AMD Strix Halo model which provides high portability and a 16 inch model which uses an NVIDIA dedicated graphics card. The products of this company line serve two different markets through their design as high efficiency machines and their design as portable products.

The 15 inch Legion 7a AMD Strix Halo Integration

The newly introduced 15.3 inch Legion 7a Gen 11 operates without a dedicated GPU because it uses AMD Ryzen AI Max+ APUs as its main power source. The product delivers high graphics performance to users who need it while operating at 1.65 kg weight which matches the weight of slim productivity laptops.

The starting price for this model in the US market begins at $2,079.99 while the Europ zone price begins at €2,399 which varies based on state tax regulations. The 15 inch Strix Halo model will launch in summer 2026 with an estimated price of €2,000.

The two models use OLED technology which delivers better color accuracy and contrast performance than standard IPS panels. The user must choose between two options which include the lightweight 1.65 kg 15 inch Halo model and the 16 inch RTX 5060 version with its 240 Hz refresh rate.
