The company credits its performance advantage to a six month head start which it gained by completing full system integration work. OnePlus achieved frame rate stability during peak gaming periods through its display technology synchronization with chipset optimization methods. According to Li the OnePlus 165fps ecosystem achieves its most advanced state because the system maintains stable performance between different manufacturers while the company is expanding its collection of compatible games.

The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra will use this technical foundation as its basis for launch which will happen later this month. The company provides initial information about its new product line which shows a major change in industrial design. The Ace 6 Ultra will utilize the design language of "Ace Awakening" which uses 3D stereolithography to create complex light patterns on its chassis. The device will introduce an e sports display which was developed with BOE to provide gaming visuals that match desktop gaming monitor standards.

The manufacturer has announced a new product category which will be launched in addition to the smartphone update. The executive team will not share any technical specifications but they will introduce a new form factor which has never been used in the OnePlus ecosystem. The brand will continue to pursue mobile gaming market share through its high refresh rate hardware and experimental product design until April 2026.
