Gmktec NucBox M3 Pro Mini PC Launches With Intel Core i5 Power Triple 4K Display Support And Expandable Storage For Professional Productivity
Gmktec's product range has expanded to include a mini PC under the name NucBox M3 Pro. Using a mobile Intel processor as its brain, it can easily handle office and professional tasks with ease. From its unveiling in the Chinese market the device is designed with internals and expandability for high resolution output while still keeping size and footprint to a minimum.
Power is drawn from an Intel Core i5 13500H with a total of 12 cores for handling tasks while the graphics processor is an integrated Iris Xe GPU with the ability to drive three 4K displays at once. The device includes a fan cooling solution along with copper heat pipes to keep all the silicon components from overheating while under heavy load.
The motherboard includes 2 M.2 slots for storage configurations. The primary 2280 slot supports NVMe drives on the PCIe 4.0 standard with capacities reaching 8 TB. A secondary 2242 slot is available for SATA or PCIe 3.0 hardware. System memory can be increased up to 64 GB of DDR4 RAM using 2 SO DIMM slots allowing users to upgrade the machine as their software requirements grow.
Connectivity options include 2 HDMI 2.0 ports and 1 USB C port featuring DisplayPort Alt mode. The chassis also provides 4 USB A ports an Ethernet jack and a 3.5 mm audio output. The unit is compatible with VESA mounting standards enabling it to be attached directly to the back of a monitor to minimize desk clutter. These ports and mounting options make the device suitable for professional environments where space is limited.
The Gmktec NucBox M3 Pro is currently available for purchase starting from $330 for a barebone configuration. This would mean the consumer gets the device without the factory installed RAM or storage.
