Tainted Grail The Fall Avalon One Year Anniversary Celebrations Include New Content Updates Player Survival Data and Limited Edition Physical Releases
Last spring, one of the biggest periods of the fantasy game scene. The big releases of spring including Sandfall Interactive's Clair Obscur Expedition 33 and this dark fantasy action RPG from Questline titled Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon saw full releases and now the game has officially celebrated one year after coming out of early development. Questline have released a large content update to celebrate the first birthday alongside collector physical copies for hardcore fans.
A free download was released directly to all players of the game to celebrate the first year, and this update contains one special side quest, festive holiday items like a seasonal hat and the entire themed set of armor set from Questline. In addition to the added content, the developers of the game have also altered the gameplay so the challenging fishing achievement can be completed by purchasing the needed fish in the shop from game merchants.
Not just satisfied with adding new things into the game the developers have released some fun statistics to commemorate the past year. The figures clearly illustrate how unforgiving the world is with a huge 13% of all player deaths caused by wolves and a large 35% due to the player failing to fight back against wild bears.
A staggering 52% of all player deaths are attributed to players falling from high areas or off cliffs, with many complaining about being unable to accurately judge how to stop the character falling.
The dark fantasy action role playing game spent just over two years in public testing before a final version of the game was released last year, it actually entered the public domain three years prior to this, this provided development with the opportunities to really tweak the entire gameplay, and the final RPG was compared to Bethesda Softworks' own take on open worlds. Tainted Grail The Fall of Avalon is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series machines.
The celebration for the first anniversary will not be complete without special editions being released, so the studio has released two different box editions available for dedicated fans to purchase. The limited Collector Edition has been given a worldwide print run of just 500, and the slightly more common Deluxe Edition has also received a print run of 1000.
It is important for prospective customers to note that these box editions are for collector's purposes only and contain no game software.
