Ugreen introduced the PB603 portable battery to China which features a unique ribbed design and supports 45 watt fast charging. The device features an integrated cable and digital screen according to Ugreen which displays current usage and battery status information in real time. The battery is currently selling for $45 in the white color variant.
The PB603 has a total capacity of 10000 mAh. Ugreen reported that this model uses internal cells which comply with the safety requirements that Apple applies to its smartphones. The power components possess resistance against flames which allows them to stay intact during severe physical impacts and piercing incidents. The hardware will maintain its performance until it reaches 300 charging cycles at which point its capacity will start to decline.
A 4 layer cooling system takes charge of managing internal temperature control. The architectural design combines with the intelligent monitoring system to guarantee that the battery stays within safe temperature limits during rapid power transfer operations. The external shell uses a textured surface which is uncommon for mobile accessories but provides an improved grip for the user. A display has been integrated into the casing to show both the current charge percentage and the active voltage data which operates during system functions.
