Predator Helios 18 AI Technical Specifications
The top tier device for enthusiasts and competitive gamers, the Predator Helios 18 AI (model number PH18 I71), includes up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 290HX Plus and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPUs, to push maximum frames and give a visual boost, while keeping 256GB of memory and 6TB of storage for ample room for games and applications. The screen on the PH18 is a 18 inch Mini LED WQUXGA panel at 1000 nits bright and a 100% DCI P3 color gamut which is Calman Verified and can be toggled on a Dual Mode Display between 4K @ 120Hz, or 1080p @ 240Hz depending on application, making it useful for more than just gaming.
To keep temps down on these hot components, the device uses dual 6th Gen Predator AeroBlade 3D fans, and has 100 metal fins on each fan, at 0.05 millimeters thick. Each fan provides a 20% increase in airflow over previous designs, and the Helios 18 AI utilizes vector heat pipes and a special liquid metal compound to further dissipate the massive amount of heat produced from its high performance internals. For audio, the Predator Aethon 750 comes equipped with a special Predator Vox sound system. It includes a set of 6 speakers with a specific tube structure to produce directional sound that does not degrade as volume increases, and it also utilizes a special mixture of liquid metal to keep heat from negatively affecting the processor.
For all your networking needs, it uses an Intel Killer DoubleShot Pro setup utilizing an Intel Killer Wi Fi 7 BE1750x controller, and an Intel Killer Ethernet E5000B port. The Helios 18 AI has 2 modern Thunderbolt 5 ports for ultra fast connections to external devices and a dynamic RGB lighting system along the rim, along with Predator MagKey 4.0 mechanical switches that can be hot swapped by the user.
