Colorful Introduces iGame M15 and M16 Origo Gaming Laptops Powered by Intel Core Ultra CPUs and Nvidia RTX 5070 Graphics for Gamers and Creators
Colorful Technology Company Limited has officially announced that the company will introduce two new concepts to the market, namely the iGame M15 and M16 Origo gaming laptops. The manufacturer revealed in the official product briefing that the new devices will be revealed at the future Computex exhibition. Those new devices are described as portable performance machines powered by the combination of Intel Core Ultra processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs packed in aluminum chassis meant for both creators and serious gamers.
Both 2 models distribute the work load on a distinct Intel architectures to address specific users. The iGame M15 Origo is powered by the 8 performance core + 16 efficiency core hybrid architecture of the 24 thread 5.5GHz boost i9 290HX Plus CPU from the industry neutral Intel Core Ultra 9 series. The iGame M16 Origo is driven by the 386H under loaded i9 386H that is built using the cutting edge Intel 18A process which is deeply based on integrated AI acceleration for present day applications.
Graphics output for both systems is handled by an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU operating at a 115W full power limit. Based on the Blackwell architecture the GPU supports DLSS 4.5 multi frame generation along with Nvidia Reflex 2 to minimize latency for playing competitively. To ensure high performance under long load conditions Colorful designed a sophisticated cooling solution comprising of 2 silent fans, 6 copper heat pipes combined with phase change thermal materials and 4 exhaust outlets to exhaust 200W of total thermal output.
Much like the 1749 4K screens the visuals are supplied by high speed flat screens located 15 and 16 inches on the M15 and M16 respectively. Both have 16:10 aspect ratio and 2.5 K resolution at a 300 Hz refresh rate. Both can output a maximum bright of 500 nits and utilize the 100% sRGB color gamut mapping system which allows it to accurately display any software created digital media when using the rapid response times required of any decent digital application.
The material finish is aerospace grade aluminum with a frosted texture. Available in two colorways, Starry White and Ink Black. As can be seen the dimensions of the chassis is 19.9 millimeters thick and has a weight of 2.35 kilograms.
