Nothing Phone 4b Geekbench Appearance Reveals Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 Hardware Details and Single Rear Camera Design Market Strategy

Nothing Phone 4b has finally put in an appearance in the Geekbench database, revealing its key hardware details before its official release. The benchmark listing reffectively pegs the next device under the model number A009P. This entry in the database gives us a good idea of what is under the hood in terms of processor and RAM in the new mid range handset which is touted as a cheaper option than Phone 4a.

As stated in the test documentation, the gadget is based on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 mobile platform. The mobile phone can be equipped with 8 gigabytes of rand access memory. While performing the performance test 8 core score was 1088 and 3155 for multi core. Graphics processing unit was benchmarked separately and provided 2896 score in the compute benchmark.

Sources from within the industry indicate that Nothing seems to be targeting bringing its market entry price for its smartphone series down with this release. To bring it into a lower price range the Phone 4b will streamline its physical design by having only 1 rear camera module on the back of the chassis. 2 camera modules on the back have been standard for previous models of the brand.

The benchmark result also re confirm's hardware is finished and being tested in the wild. The phone officially unveil in early July, but the company didn't announce the price in the retail store yet. With the mid tier Snapdragon chip and a minor camera array.
